Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday), excluding public holidays.

Shipping Fulfillment

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees, unless otherwise specified during checkout.

Returns & Shipping Responsibility

• We offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery.
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, iPaatti will provide a prepaid return label.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed so you can follow your package in real time.
